Why buy shredded cash?

    Sure there is. You're making the assumption that there is $1,000,000 in paper bills shredded in that box. No where does it say the entire bill is in the box. They could have shredded $1M worth of paper money and spread that out over 500 boxes. Each of those boxes would now have shreds of a $1,000,000 in them.

    I have seen these in novelty shops before. I sure don’t see why anyone would bid $400.00 for them.

    Mine is about the size of a shoe box. Now..... i dont know if there IS a million dollars in there.... but i couldnt let it just go to the trash. All i can go off of is what it says on the box though.

    But then you wouldn't be a millionaire, you would be 1/500th of a millionaire.

    A million dollars in 100's would weigh 10,000 grams or around 22 pounds.
