Why a premium for graded ASE's?

    I got on an email list with my LCS. There are times, and it may be one day only, they give a free SAE to just walk in their door. I think I got 4 of them in 2015. My LCS does not sell graded SAE. They buy a lot of them and sell them pretty cheap when they have 'em, raw.
