Interesting. Thanks for the info. I guess we tend to believe certain things because it's easier to jump to conclusions than to think it through and use evidence.

    Got these last week

Actually I got ten large cents but didn't want to put up all the pics. I got a set of 10 each year from 1845-1854

Sorry for the horizontal pictures. The coin tableau has 40 Roman coins in it.

Still waiting for these (and more ancients) I won at auction.
I should probably start some new threads with all these pictures.
I hope the Augustus is worth the 25 Euros I paid for it.
I don't really know about Augustus coins but I thought for
25 Euros it is probably a good deal. The other coins
    I know I got a good deal.

It finally arrived today! There is nothing on the package to indicate it was a hassle to deliver (wrong address, damage, etc.). Very odd.

Later in the week I'll get around to cataloguing the coin and do a brief write-up. I just wish it had come last week while I was on vacation. o_O

I'm waiting for my first submission from pcgs. I sent in a set of Indian gold and an 1853 quarter eagle. It's been 15 days since they received it. Anyone know how long it usually takes? Just curious... and a little anxious

LOL, when we wanted to field-test packaging and product shipability, we would ship several coast-to-coast USA and back as a true test. This enabled any "Murphy's Law" incidences and shipping Monkeys to stress them out. This looks like you are caught up in one of those situations! Sorry for the frustration!

Ken Dorney Yea, I'm Cool That Way...

Only in America! It came into the same facility three times (possibly four times, it left two times on the 25th)? Into Greenville then to Charleston then BACK to Greenville. And the USPS wonders why it is broke and losing all their business to Fedex and UPS. Such nonsense would never happen with those carriers.

I got one yesterday and the tracking was very similar.

Notice it took over 2 weeks after clearing customs to be delivered. There is hope!
