The burden is now on the seller but the seller can include the actual insurance costs into the shipping fee.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>IMO It will take awhile for buyers to get used to inflated shipping fees but eventually the free shipping will be next to impossible if anyone wants to make a profit selling on e-bay.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
