    well if they already new about it, my question how can it be newly discovered ?
    If they already new about the 4th printing 10 years ago!

    when they mention newly discovered 4th printing you assume it the printing
    there talking about and not the note atleast i did in this instance

    Well, I didn't attend ANA but did manage to find these two souvenirs from an ANA of the past. The courtesy signature is the then current ANA President, Steve Taylor; my paper money mentor.
