Who would like to add a bad buyer to their eBay block list?

I want a buyer to know that if I make a mistake, I will make it right on my dime. (Keeping in mind that it costs me $3 at minimum to ship every item since eBay penalizes sellers for shipping coins without tracking.)</p><p><br /></p><p>Does the system as currently set up allow me to do that?
