Who Knew PMD Was Worth So Much?

    But what exactly is retail on these things? They're kind of all over the place. Even a cheap cast copy for a couple bucks might be retail. I would imaging it would cost .20-.30 to make one cast.

    Go for it!

    Many folks have made things out of coins and turned small profits. It's called free enterprise.

    There's one fellow that modifies US and Foreign coins which I actually like to collect. As to whether or not he turned a profit from this venture is unknown to me but the product he produced still has widespread collector appeal.

    I was surprised to see that the second picture in the Ebay post says fakes & replicas are discussed on pages 8-9. I guess anything of any value at all has fakes out there!
