I was given this coin and do enjoy the horse & rider image on the reverse, however
I have no idea who this coin represents, the individual who gave it to me guessed
Crispus, but that was just a ballpark... Does anyone have a better opinion??

    Try CRISPINA-Nikopolis.
The legend on the Obverse spells KPICPEINA in Greek, it is a Provincial coin not Imperial.

I have done a quick search and cant find it, definitely Crispina but the Reverse evades me.
