Repeatedly, the Mint fails to improve the key points causing such customer satisfaction, problem free ordering and timely delivery of product. If they can&#039;t fulfill orders based on easily predictable demand, then they shouldn&#039;t be taking orders nor releasing any coins until they can satisfy all their customers by evenly distributing coins within a much shorter period of time. Since they can&#039;t and aren&#039;t improving in this area, they shouldn&#039;t be rewarded with future orders and customer loyalty until the Mint take some serious strides to earn it from customers.</p><p><br /></p><p>The customer may not always be right, but they are always the customer and if your company faces a bunch of dissatisfied customers, the problem is not the customer.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
