I just bought this coin folder.. and Why doesn't the Whitman Washington quarter coin folder not have slots for san fransisco mint marked quarters??? Did sanfransico not make quarters between 1998 to 1999??? Im confused...
I thought that Whitman made a separate album that has spaces for business strikes and proofs. I does not.
Actually now that I look Dansco are the albums that included the proof only issues as well as the business strikes. Whitman does have blank quarter album pages that you could make a separate set of pages for The proofs to put in the album.
It apparently is for business strikes. It doesn't specify. But it doesn't make since not to have s minted slots
