Well I'll show my pickups. All are notches off of albums I needed.

Those two gold coins put me 8 out of 10 for the 7070 page, with the two easiest coins left to attain. One reason why I like getting the harder coins first.

You have a terrific eye for the good ones, Jdiablo30. You're just_not going to find a better-struck 1915.

Appreciate the words. Half of the fun is hunting for them that appeal too what I'm looking for in coins. You can say I'm a little picky lol

    V. Kurt Bellman Yes, I'm blunt! Get over your "feeeeelings".

James Buchanan, 15th President of the United States, and the only one from Pennsylvania, was born and raised and lived his adult life in Lancaster, PA, home of the Red Rose Coin Club. Lancaster is known as the "Red Rose City", while York, PA, just down the road on US 30, is the "White Rose City". I am unaware of any re-enactments of the War of the Roses.

You have the very first year of our bronze medal. We struck our 50th consecutive last year, honoring Pennsylvania's oldest professional police department (Lancaster, PA). This year, our 51st annual medal set honors local sculptor Blanche Nevin. It will be available August/September. In all 51 years, our medals have been struck in some bronze alloy or other, and .999 silver. There were a smattering of others - like 40% silver clad and a cupronickel or seven, but always bronze and silver.

Despite the fact our local show conflicted with Baltimore Whitman and is close by, we had record attendance at our show on Saturday, and happy happy dealers. Go figure.

If my snapshot of Baltimore was any indication, they had to go somewhere. :)

How many tables do you average?

We do an annual April show and a September show. The September usually has a few more tables, but we had AROUND 60-70 tables sold this April, and that's minus a few regulars because of the Baltimore conflict. I'll get an exact number at our meeting tonight. Anyone close to Lancaster is welcome. 7PM - first Monday and third Thursday of each month. Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Rd, Lancaster, PA. Your tech will lead you right to it.

That's actually doable for me, even though I ceased driving 25 years ago. I think you can plan on meeting me sometime soon.
