The first Baltimore show I attended (my first coin show ever), I got lost among the tables. I would see a coin I liked at one table, look for similar examples at other tables (for comparison), then forget where the first table was. :( I had one guy try to sell me a raw 1919-D FSB Mercury Dime. Any nut could see the bands were only 80% FSB. The guy flipped out when I told him his coin wasn't what he thought it was. I really get tired of dealers bulldozing unsuspecting buyers. Then...when I found a coin I wanted to buy, the guy says, "Sorry, we don't take credit cards". I'm like "WTF?! You expect me to walk around Baltimore with a wad of cash in my pocket?!". I just go there to look around, anymore. I sometimes pick up a book or two, but that's about it. I did have a pleasant experience once. A seller from California had an MS63 1886 Liberty Nickel I needed to complete my MS63+ Liberty Nickel collection. He wouldn't take a credit card, either...but he said, "Give me what you have in your pocket, then send me the rest.". That was nice of him...and I did. You meet all sorts of folks at a coin show. :)
