White film left after dipping - how to fix this?

    Thanks for the response. I've tried pure acetone for 5+ hours to no avail. The only way I've found that I can remove this film is by using something very abrasive like a brillo or scotch pad. As you would expect, it also scratches the coin. I may have to find something a little more abrasive than my kitchen towels but not quite as rough as a scotch pad. Any suggestions?

    By the way, how does E-Z-est compare to Tarn-X? Same ingredients?
