The last one was easy, so maybe this will be a bit more challenging. Besides my type set album, I'm also working on a box of 20 (it might not quite be 20 as that is difficult ). Which Morgan would you choose? Feel free to GTG if you would like as well. 1881-S 1882-S
1882-S Reverse looks like a rainbow. Although the 81-S might get a Cameo designation, I'd still pick the 82-S.
I reckon the 82-S has the best reverse colors. But the 81-S has the best obverse, and I like the balanced appearance between the eagles wings. Both nice.
I like the crescent look of the '82-S reverse a little better. Personally I think they both look like MS-63 to low end MS-64's and I like both of them.
Though I like the more mirrored obverse of the 82-S, I'll take number one, please. The cameo is a babe, fields are pretty clean for a prooflike coin, and that said, for me it's the reverse with the eagle triumphantly framed by the toning... could truly be called "dramatic" with no argument. Wouldn't be surprised to see a crazy 64+ star grade on it, star being for either prooflike or toning.
This one seems to be closer. Both are graded MS 63. I like both and technically both are part of my current box of 20, so I don't really need to choose for now. Here is a video of the 1882-S https://www.instagram.com/p/Bu6L1VHlLOi/
Thank you! I believe a 63 is fair (at least by technical standards); this is an example of a toner that wasn't color bumped (in my opinion) and I can respect that.
