I'd have to say buffalo nickel. The design has been repeated multiple times, and I haven't met someone who doesn't like them. I think Lincoln's are popular simply because they are less exPensive and readily available. Personnaly I don't like the design of Morgan dollars, theres really nothing to them IMHO

    You haven't met me yet.

I have a set of them but the only reason I put it together was because I already had built sets of Jeffersons, V nickels, and shield nickels. I really had no interest in the buffalos but I figured I might as well put a set together so I would have all of the nickels.

I have to admit the did a good job reproducing the design on the gold bullion pieces, but they butchered it on the silver dollar.

Maybe it's because I like the design so much I assume others like it as well. :D

Most popular-----Lincolns and Morgans, with Buffalo Nickels and Walking Halves not far behind.

For collectors I would say Morgan Dollars and Educational Notes.
For the public I would say Lincolns and silver certificates.

Myself I would pick Braided Hair cents and National Currency.

Aren't you really looking for the "consensus" choice, not a non-existent "unanimous" choice?

    Merriman-Webster Dictionary:
At least when I went to school (pre-texting environment] "most" and "all" were considered different words/concepts.

Whatever series has the most reference books. I'll guess that
    would be Lincolns.
