Where's the luster gone?

    This beautiful coin seems to have no luster. Where did it go?

    Its there it has nice frost to it too.

    And the seller in upstanding with a no question return policy in which I've been more than pleased with anything I've bought from him

    It has luster readily apparent around the rims. However, the coin is lightly circulated and the circulation rub on the portrait has left it without obvious luster in the images.
