ok, ok, i just got a little worked up about that. when you start to wheresgeorge, you will se what i mean about this. to me, mailing wheresgeorge bill is as frustaring as a georger than cleaning a coin is to a coin collector. i didn't mean to start anything, i was just wanting to let you know what you did was not right. its too late now i guess. here's some advise, if you ever find another wheresgeorge bill, just enter and spend it. this is a money collectors forum, not a give away modern coins and bills to spend. if it were a collectable, its would be ok in my book to list here. its still money, but i think prices on the contest to be colletor realated. well, i said it. have a good night.

goodness gracious..don't get your knickers in a knot. When I registered George there were only 2 other names, one being Victors.

We have no idea where George or Willy really have been because 99% of the time people don't register them.

Just pretend George is like a kidnapped garden Gnome. Hey, maybe he will post picks of all the places he visits.

    :)

Well here's an interesting sidenote; the very day I mailed the bill to Twiggs I got another at the bank.
It was weird as I have only received 3 in my life. It was a 20 dollar bill from Holley, NY.
My neighbor was having a yard sale and I bought $100 worth of coins. Yup the $20 wheresgeorge went to him to buy coins. So I'm in recovery from my terrible wheresgeorge abuse.

im sorry to report.. i go to the bank 3+time a week, buy $200 in one dollar notes, and look thru them for stars, webs, radars and the like... i get wheres george notes several times a month (i dont track actual percentage) but i never register them. I know this might upset some, but its just not my thing, it dont tickle me fancy to see where the little critter was wondered :) So like the lovely Twiggs said, most of the time 99% dont bother with it all ...

Victor should be floogged with wet wheres george singles until he beggs for mercy! :)

ever since i started wheresgeorging, i have only seen one other wg? bill. it seems kindof strange because according to the site, millions and millions of bills are entered.

I don't know why you keep bringing this up---you had a good bit of time to tell them this BEFORE the contest was over...but you waited..so too bad. Its kindof like cleaning coins....there is no law that says you can do it...and it is up to the owner....

Thanks Speedy for the support. Personally, I think it's none of anyone's business what I do with my dollar bill. Other than a totally inappropriate critic, the contest went well.
