Where to sell large coin collection?

Over the years I have collected coins from the US and all over the world from travels. I've also inherited a small coin collection from years ago. The estimated value of these coins are more than $20,000. Unfortunately, I am having to sell lots of these coins because of financial reasons.

The reason I'm posting on here is because I need to know where I can sell these coins. As I'm the one that's collected them over the years I'm fairly familiar of value of the coins. I want to stay away from eBay and local coin dealer as we only have one dealer here because it's a very small town. Do you have any suggestions? I haven't included any pictures as it would take a very long time to take pictures of every coin.

Without using eBay or going to local dealers, you're pretty limited. I'd go the eBay route myself, but that means imaging everything and listing it all. A lot of work. You might have an easier time of it by consigning it to someone who does eBay consignments. Someone who's got enough experience to break it up into lots.

Set a table at a local Coin Show. Or somewhere in your state.
