Usually a &quot;positive surprise&quot;, and open communications/accessibility before and after a purchase, instills a desire to revisit with a renewed interest.</p><p><br /></p><p>A less than market price doesn&#039;t hurt customer acceptance, in addition to selling theoretically &quot;common&quot; products that are generally unavailable.
