Hi All, I want to get some rolls of USA 1 cent coins. I thought, well let's go to eBay.com. There, I came at the rolls by the following link: http://www.ebay.com/sch/Rolls-/3358/i.html But where do I need to look at before a buy a roll from someone? I am looking for one-cent coins that are not all from the some year. I'm aware that here, in The Netherlands, buying from outside the EU is tax-free until 22 euro's. So the price (including shipping costs) must be lower than 22 euro's. That is about $25,- So can you'll as collectors and roll hunters help me out? Many thanks from a freezing Holland, Rik
maybe someone will volunteer to be a trading partner. I'm sure someone here would love to get some coins from outside of the U.S.
Littleton has rolls of 1959-date rolls like these. Selling for $10, plus shipping, it is less than 22 euros.
Roughly 20 percent. Here in DE it's 19%, in NL 21% AFAIK. Private deals (what Kirkuleez suggested) would be tax exempt up to €45. Christian
The tax rate here is indeed 21%. But if you go over 22 euro's, then I'll have to pay the 21% tax. And I'll need to pay to the postage service also, for importing my package, 13 euro's. Always 13 euro's to the postage service, no matter what you order. Above 150 euro's I'll also pay a import charge of about 5% of the whole order (including shipping!). So that's how it works in the Netherlands... But I have searched some more on eBay.com, and I see that one roll is always filled with all the cents from one and the same year. Am I right? Just like this title says: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Roll-of-5...884059?hash=item4d39200edb:g:PBsAAOSwFnFWDoGD All the coins are from 1968, and I want the coins from different years... Please, some advice needed! Greetings, Rik
