Have you checked their "Sold Items" folder at the bottom of the products list on the left to see if the item you purchased is in there?
OK, now I am pretty sure I am being scammed by Ancient Coin Art. I paid for a coin from him 10/22/2016. Heard nothing for 2 months. Started PayPal resolution. 5 days before the resolution would have gone to escalation he pops up and offers me a 20% discount on any other coin he has, says he can't find mine. I foolishly pick a coin to replace mine. He says he mailed it. I wait a couple days, nothing, guess what, PayPal resolution runs out. I don't know if I can reopen the resolution or not. I think he timed this all perfectly to prevent my PayPal resolution from working. Now I am contacting vcoins about this dealer.

Based on what I am seeing here I would probably avoid teh dealer in question. Hope you will keep us posted at that it ends well.
Me too. I will keep you posted. I will be a lot more reluctant to try vcoins stores I don't know well anymore.
I've had problems with Vcoins too, almost similar but different seller. Waited 2'months for my coin and no shipment and response from emails. Then I filed a chargeback and he immediately contacts me, saying how the package was returned to him. Complete BS, did eventually get the coin but it took nearly 3 months.
We should start a suspect vcoins dealers list if there is not such a thing already. I know Warren maintains a list for known ebay fake sellers.
Well, what do you know! The very same day I filed a complaint with vcoins, this dealer mails the replacement coin they promised two weeks ago. I guess they beat the paypal claim through clever timing but they must fear vcoins still. It took only 2 days for the coin to get to me after they mailed it, why couldn't they have done this 93 days ago when I ordered it and they took my money? Bottom line for me is just what the old timers told me 30 years ago: develop personal relationships with a set of dealers that you trust, whether online, through the mail, on the phone, or best of all in person, and deal only with them if you want to avoid these hassles. John
There should be a way to leave public feedback like ebay. Let them earn a good reputation. For most it will be no problem.
How do you contact vcoins. One of their dealers sold me a fake as verified by David Hendon. There is no place to file a complaint that I can find !!!

at the bottom of the home page to the far right is a contact link home page https://www.vcoins.com/en/Default.aspx contact form https://www.vcoins.com/en/Contactus.aspx
You should contact the dealer first - no need to get Vcoins involved unless either: You have reason to believe the dealer knew the coin was fake The dealer doesn't respond to your inquiry in a timely fashion
