Good morning all! Coffees hot and my eyes are getting adjusted. Sit down at the computer and check up on the going ons at the favorite Coin forums and then look for the morning Numismatic news. Coinweek-Coin news and Coin news.net are my first go to sites. Looking for some other good ones to add to my morning reads. Any suggestions? Your favorites? Good day all.
I like Coinweek. I go there to see what videos they might have. If I happen to see news that appears as though it might be important or interesting I'll read it until it becomes uninteresting or unimportant to me. I found out about the LaVere Redfield bio from Coinweek which was a splendid book. For the most part, breathtaking news doesn't happen that often in coin collecting. If it does, someone will most likely post a link to it in CT. "Back in the day" all news great and small wound up in the RCC. I like your screen name. Is it related to Atlas Shrugged?
Absolutely!! Have at least a half dozen copies of the book on the shelf and even went to Vegas for the premier of the last episode of the movie. Still looking for Mulligan's Valley.
There's a certain set of coin forums - y'all probably know all of them - which I read every day. Between them, any breaking numismatic news will appear instantly, and any more in-depth coverage elsewhere worth reading will be linked by some public-minded member.
