Unlikely.</p><p>I can see these coins as being abandoned.&nbsp; In the old days of pay phones, what did you do when there was a dime in the return slot?</p><p>So in most cases it is just an innocent thing for laughs. In this situation that is being discussed perhaps the &quot;opportunity&quot; presented itself and this was the path that was chosen. Before they took the self serve machines out of my grocery, I would often find dollar bills left behind. I was waiting to use it one time and a woman was walking away and she left a ten in there and I told her.
