It's already happening; see Wikipedia's page, "Sub Replacement Fertility." A couple of excerpts: 1. As of 2010, about 48% of the world population lives in nations with sub-replacement fertility. 2. This includes most nations of Europe, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Iran, Tunisia, China, and many others.
Everywhere...sheeple...zombies. That's why I think the social undertones of some zombie movies are pure genius. "CONSUME CONSUME CONSUME/BRAINS BRAINS BRAINS" etc. We are on the same page friend!
I understand that there are lots of Web sites with videos for people who are into that sort of thing.
For the people here that aren't paranoid, you obviously don't read the news. Just about everyday the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, or even your local paper will feature a front-page story that should scare the crap out of you. You don't need to live in a bunker and be into canning and hunting. Just read main-stream news, and your eyes will open to the amount of mass data harvesting, mass surveillance, and mass tracking that is being done. At least there was one very positive step in the right direction this week: Supreme Court Says Phones Can’t Be Searched Without a Warrant
It's not so much that as much as it's the "targeted" belief that folks have to have children. As witnessed by recent news articles, some parents don't deserve to be parents but they are too ignorant to realize it. Perhaps instead of "Stop Having Babies", "Curtail your Reproduction" would be more appropriate?
IMHO, you can't stop people from gathering information on you, but can limit how much they get. I.E., minimise use of social networking ect. If you are serious about protecting what information is available, I have a list of add-ons for Firefox, including one that blocks cookies. LOL!
