When did NGC start the FS designation?

The fact that I own 5 of these coins is proof of my tolerance towards AT coins. </p><p><br /></p><p>Here is an example of an Appalachian Jefferson currently for sale by a very reputable dealer for a ridiculous price. Even I won't pay that price.
