I got so many work related email accounts that everyone I know emails me there. I just use my home account as a waste area for spam, etc...never check it.
eBay has forgotten who their customers are. It isn't the buyers on the site providing them with revenue, it's the sellers. As for going back to the old way of doing things, eBay would be greatly improved if they reverted back to 2002, including all fee scales in place at the time. Go back to the original feedback sysytem, etc. Also wouldn't hurt if they fired everyone they've hired since then too. Most of the employees at eBay are nothing more than corporate hacks with no understanding of how markets really work to begin with.
