Wheat penny 1952 D Error ?

    I'm new at this so bare with me and all my future mistakes. I'm stumped with this coin and what to even properly categorize it as.

    Damaged.

    The surfaces are corroded/stained/plated/etc.

    It didn't leave the US Mint like that - sorry.....

    Looks to be solder or melted lead on the coin, that would account for the little bump you circled. No error.
