    As already posted, start your own post and not try to hijack someone else.

    OP, original post(er). Go to forums and select one forum. On that forum page in the upper right is a button "post new thread" Click on that and write a title that best describes what you what to know and then post your question with full size clear, well focused and orientated front (obverse) and back (reverse). Crop the photos so only the coin shows. Good luck.

    @todd and @ryan.
    First off, let me welcome you gentleman to Coin Talk. These are the nicest people you'll want to meet on the web. We will usually go out of our way to help new peeps, providing that they follow a couple simple rules. It's not that tough, you just have to read a couple posts for new members.
    All the info is right there. We Know people make mistakes, lord knows I've made a few, ( shuddup paddyman) lol
    Just like @Kentucky said,,,, you won't get the attention your coin SHOULD get, if you hijack someone else's post. In other words,,, you could have a coin that might be worth money, but you'll never know if you take over, or interrupt somebody else's post.

    We've all been knew here, and it seems daunting. You just have to take the time to read a few things. Believe me, it will only help you in the beginning.
    You want to make friends here. So welcome, pull up a chair and have a good time.
    Welcome, ,,!, Foo out

    Depending on condition the 1914 can be around .75 cents or a dollar.
    In terrible condition less, in excellent condition more.
    Very often these old coins have been cleaned at one time or another during the past 100 years before you even got it, and that is not good.
    The 1925 is quite common and depending on condition perhaps 10 cents- 25 cents.
    Generally coins that have been found in circulation are not going to be
    in a valuable condition.

    Thank you for sharing your time with me. May I ask a probably silly question please? Can you share with me your thoughts about why cleaning your coins, seems that it can hurt or destroy the value of the coin. I do realize that the professionals at this should not dought always be used. Thanks again my friend for your precious time and knowledge here. Peace
