I'm looking through my OBW rolls, and finding that because I live on the West Coast, most of my rolls are from western banks. I'm curious about rolls that folks have from mid-western and eastern banks. If you would, please reply back with date/MM and bank name of the OBW rolls you own. I'm only interested in Wheat Cent rolls, ie 1958 Lincoln Cents and before. I'll publish some of my own as well. Thanks for helping with this mini project...Ray
Here are a few of the most common banks in my collection: Bank of America N.T.&S.A. California Bank Head Office Los Angeles Cal. Crocker First National Bank of San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Los Angeles Branch Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco American Trust Co, San Francisco, Calif. I also have a few Fed rolls from Cleveland, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Chicago, Kansas City, and St Louis. I probably have more but have not catalogued all of them yet. I have nothing from the following Fed banks nor any of their branches: Boston New York Dallas Richmond Once I catalogue them all I believe I have some Atlanta rolls (and for sure some "special" rolls from Jacksonville), Chicago/Detroit branch, Minneapolis/Helena branch, Kansas City/Denver branch, plus quite a few from San Francisco/ Portland and Seattle branches. So let's hear it...what banks do you have represented in OBW Wheat Cent rolls? And what dates and mints?
