Wheat Cent... Is this a dryer coin?

    It looks like the obverse was struck through a late stage die cap. Then the cent lived in circulation for a long time. The weight is typical of a worn cent. Find an LWC in Fair condition and weigh that. Might be able to ballpark a date range.
