What's up with this planchet?

Found this 2021-D Jefferson nickel the other day. Looked very off. Compared it to a "normal" 2021-D and, well, you can see for yourself. It's slightly smaller than normal, weighs 4.9g, has rounded edges (which is actually what I noticed first) and has a very "sand-blasted" sort of finish. You can see the IGWT extending over the obverse's edge - same with the EPU and USoA on the reverse so I don't think this was done post-mint . What do I have here and would something like this be worth having graded?

And the cement mixer was able to get the IGWT to extend over the edge of the coin like that? WOW. ;)

It's called a caught in commercial dryer damage.

IGWT is not hanging over the edge at all. It’s just the opposite. The rim has been peened over the motto as evidenced by the rounded edge.
Study the coin making process and you would understand how it is impossible for a coin to leave the mint with a sand blasted finish or a rounded edge.
This is simply one of tens of millions of post mint damaged coins that are in circulation.

If you've a clothes dryer you can make as many of these as you want if you really really like them. :)

At first I thought greaser, but then I agree it is a modern dryer coin.

I'm leaning more towards a rock tumbler myself to crank out some errors.
