whats up with this cent?

    in other words should i stick this in a flip? would it compromise the hanger on-er? surely it souldn't stay in the album. and yes i said surely

    Stick it in a 2X2 or airtite. I think it would move to much in a flip and defiantly don't put it in an album

    Looks like it could be post-mint damage to me.

    It's a lamination error, with some damage to the flap of metal that lifted off the surface of the coin.

    I say lamination also. That digit in the date of the protruding peel makes me say this.

    You are very lucky the date didn't just fall off, interesting error.

    O no, another feud. It's just like clean or no cleaning and how the error of the 2004 wisconsin quarter got like that.

    Well they did and Mike agreed, lamination with damage to the peeled lamination.

    Classic lamination flaw that peeled back post mint for what ever reason. That's MY story and I'm sticking to it.
