This looks more to me than doubled die 93P, it's almost as if it's struck over another coin, but i can't make it out. the letters don't match up and there seemssto be different types of images struck onto Washington... Could be lighting but i thought i saw a few : (colons) in between some understruck words. Possibly an English or territory coin, but again it's hard to tell. most letters are overlayed by the quarter. ii circled a couple areas that are easier to see. Thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Welcome to Cointalk I agree with what paddyman98 said also in the future it would help if you would rotate your coin, it would help old timers like me not to get kinks in their neck. Lol Dave
