I bought this is a 2x2 labeled "Turkey" but there was nothing else on it. I can't find it in my Krause. I can see the number 20 on it. I'm thinking maybe it's a token. Any ideas?

I got one out of a junk bin at a coin shop when I was about ten years old back in a world without the internet. It was a mystery to me for years being the only coin in my collection that I could not identify.
Thanks. After I posted this I was thinking that I think I already had one of these and had identified it. I couldn't remember the name of the bridge though.
