Wait for the experts to give their opinion. To me, it looks more like Die Deterioration Doubling (DDD). Ask @Fred Weinberg; @JCro57; @paddyman98; @furryfrog02; et al. You would probably get more replies if you posted this on the Error coins forum.

I see a faint circular pattern on the field of the Obverse. Coin wrapper machine damage affected the lettering. Add circulation wear to that.

I don't see split serifs on IGWT. Not a DDO here

Are these real or fake? And how much do they cost?

They are fake coins. No value.

Totally fake.. Also.. You just hijacked someone else's thread. In the future start you own separate thread.

First, welcome to the neighborhood! I see that you are from Turkey. It is true that it is impolite to hijack someone else's thread, but we try to give new members the benefit of the doubt when this happens. It is best that you start your own thread.

Unfortunately, these quarters and the trade dollars that you posted in the other thread are fake. FWIW, Asia and the Middle East are areas where counterfeit US coins are found for sale very often, and great care should be taken when purchasing US coins in those regions. ~ Chris

These drive me crazy. I see thickening of IGWT and separation in the bottom of T&R in trust.

All 1982 p Washington quarters are doubled die. Because the master die was doubled

Thickening of the letters and date can also be caused by a coin being struck by a very worn die.
