I wouldn't expect that in the Flavian period. Coins of empresses weren't issued in large amounts until Hadrian started cranking them out for Sabina. The practice really gained traction in the Antonine period, when coins from Faustina I and II, Lucilla and Crispina were being regularly issued alongside the issues of their fathers and husbands.
How fortunate you were to have actually walked those streets. I've never made it to mainland Europe in my travels. (Finally got to the UK in 2013).
