Difficult to determine from the pictures. Are talking about the area that looks like doubling of Abe's head? It looks like some type of stain from where I sit, unless you can post some better pictures.
Better, not so zoomed in photos would probably be better. Whole coin shots are best. From what I see, it just looks like a coin with some stains on it.
