What's going on on with this 1981 dime?

    I have this 1981 p mint dime that the copper is showing on the reverse but you can see its multi colored and has a sheen it's not dull.the obverse is miss colored as well

    IMO It's toning (environmental damage) and not a missing clad layer.

    Ok I thought so but I found to be interesting cause the details are still prominent and its has no pitting or corrosion

    First, welcome to the neighborhood!

    I'm inclined to agree with Thomas, but you should try to post better photos. If you're using a standard camera, you need to use a copy stand or a tripod to prevent the blurry image. If you are using a phone for your images, there are others, here, who can help you with it.

    Also, it is best if you crop out the unnecessary background before you select the "Full Image" option.
