What's best to coin roll hunt through?

I search pennies and quarters. In a box of pennies I average about 10 wheats. I don’t look too hard for errors. When I find a wheat it it’s like I hit the jackpot( even though most are not very valuable).
Quarters I look for Ws and silver. In a box of quarters I average about 1 W. Silver quarters average about 1 every 4 boxes.
Big question is when I return the coins? Sometimes I have rolls that have come from the rolling company that I didn’t open(all 2021 coins). Some banks trade me roll for roll and don’t break them out. Other banks(same company) break them out and run the through their counter. Some banks won’t even trade me roll for roll even though they would still have the same number of coins. Is this because they don’t roll their coins and send them back to the rolling companies.
