    Corrosion
    Not Slabbed
    Questionable Authenticity

    I'm not sure what I would do.

    That's a terrible looking coin. If it was real, I'd pay 2 or 3 bucks tops. I bet that is a genuine coin altered, then damaged to cover up the alteration.
