    It means "questionable toning." We use this when the toning doesn't look quite right, but we can't definitely state AT (artificial toning). This is opposed to natural toning (NT), or market acceptable look (MA). This one rides the line of QT and MA, but I tend to think that it had a bit of help (that is, someone chemically enhanced the coin to induce toning).
