Nice 1894P circulated seems like decent wear. I was curious at what grade do you think this would grade at? Im not too good with circulated Morgans but did like the look of this one and wanted to see if there's a consensus on grade https://www.ebay.com/itm/1894-P-Morgan-Silver-Dollar-KEY-DATE-bold-Full-DETAIL-with-Some-RAINBOW-Tones/362782089405?hash=item54777f60bd%3Ag%3AGAEAAOSwlfldpgSi&LH_Auction=1
Seller says he's a long time dealer and PCGS member. It doesn't appear to be cleaned, but I question why a dealer, who knows it'll sell for more slabbed, doesn't have it slabbed. Then again. If your putting together a nice raw set, this is perfect.
Slab value/NGC listing at $1,100.00...you could basically double your money buying at current bid. But there is the QT question and who would be the next buyer if sold at the slab value?...Spark
I had considered QT, but I'm wondering if it may have come back as damaged due to those reverse marks. Either way, I'm at VF-details, avoid.
40 but those reverse gouges might be enough to give it a details but maybe not for a key date. Then there's the QT. I would hold out for a less questionable coin unless this was the only way I could get the key date.
