He said a dealer told him that this coin was one ounce pure silver 99.9%. Now I can see where this coin dealer could have made a mistake because Canadian proof silver dollars are 99.99% silver, but that did not start until 2003, this coin is from 1987. I sent an email to the seller telling him that the description was wrong.</p><p><br /></p><p>My question is was I wrong to send that email, should I have just minded my own bussiness? the bid price is less then the actual value of the coin, or Should I send an email to the buyer or inform ebay? the guy does sound like he is new to selling coins.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
