There are 4 known mint mark positions for this coin. Only one of the 4 is known to be this far right, and the horizontal position of it seems close to correct. That mint mark is also the lowest of the 4, and a line drawn between the bottom tips of the 9's should show a clear quantity of airspace between it and the top of the MM.
