Report the buyer for what exactly? Correcting your error by sending back to you the coin you sent in error. Instead of reimbursing postage you should have sent the buyer a prepaid postage label with insurance and all the necessary shipping supplies with instructions if you expected the coin packaged to your standards. The buyer did nothing wrong in this case imo and you should be hoping they don't leave you a negative for being difficult over something that was your error to begin with.

Agree with this. It's too bad the buyer didn't take great care in shipping the coin back to you, but imagine his surprise when he opens his purchase from you and it's the wrong coin! You think no big deal, I'll just replace it with the actual coin he bought, but this might be a bigger deal than you think to him/her.

Unfortunately, you received a cracked slab back in a poorly protected shipping container, but this never would have happened if you hadn't made the initial mistake. Put it past you, send him his coin, leave him positive feedback and move on.

Pain in the rump! Some people on Ebay are retarded and you gotta keep that in mind as much as possible. :D Maybe it would have been better if you was gonna ask for a coin back from somebody, to send them a SASE. That way there's less of a chance of some wanker messing things up. Just sell the coin as is, you'll likely get a bunch of bidding on it.
