What would you consider yourself????

I'm more of a researcher. It's really fun for me. I only buy a few coins per year so I guess you could call me a part time buyer.

Where is the option “collector?”

 

Given that this is in the US forum I had to click Other as I buy very few US coins, buying mostly German. But there I would definitely call myself a buyer.

 

A work in progress. I'm not looking for any particular variety, error, or get rich quick piece, I'm in it for the hunt. I've been shot down, enlightened, and told my find was average at best... yet here I am. If you're in it for profit, good luck. If it's your passion, I hope you enjoy it to the fullest. When the first words out of someone's inquiry is "how much is it worth?", you're in it for all the wrong reasons. Am I wrong???

 

And yet, the Stones just announced that they are extending their tour. Gotta love the Stones and Keith's playing.

Gonna be some sad days as they start to pass.

 

Was a buyer and fairly passionate collector. Now just mostly a dealer. I buy 95% of what I do to resell. It’s the hunt that gets me going
