The obverse lacks a bit of luster for a 58 (as stated in prior threads, the design of these coins dictates the obverse luster wears much faster than the reverse), but there's not nearly as much high-point wear on the coin in comparison to the first 55 I posted (coin #1), and even the 58 (coin #2). You'll often hear me type you have to really pay attention to luster in grading coins in grades down to XF, because if you only pay attention to wear (of which this coin has little), you can get fooled sometimes.</p><p><br /></p><p>I though this coin stood a good chance of downgrading when sending it, but was fairly certain it would grade.
