based purely on the PCGS photograde page for buffs, the strike on the coin looks very uneven, on both the obverse and reverse. I would give it a 65, but the surface flaws in the field behind the neck and in front of the face of the indian do not sit right. That, along with the rim nick on the reverse(which i dont believe would make it a details coin on its own) make me believe this is Unc Details, surface damage(or whatever you call those thingamagigs on the obverse). slab number is going to be 689.
