Not ugly. But not appealing either. Looks like a 64. I just sold a nice 64 no bean pcgs graded for 1/4 the price
I would agree. It is not an ugly coin, but certainly doesn't seem to deserve a green bean, based on eye appeal or being high in grade. I could see it as a low grade 65 for sure, and definitely a high grade 64, but just not a super attractive coin. The toning is not a bonus on this coin--it is minimal and not attractive. Overall, I would have passed on buying a coin like that, as it seems overpriced, and certainly not a premium quality example of that date.
