I wanted to do a simple cash exchange but the teller told me they would have to bag all of my coins and ship them off to some cash vault in Los Angeles to be counted. The teller still gave me the cash but wrote down my name and account number on some big plastic bag. He said I brought in &quot;a lot&quot; and it was &quot;procedure&quot; to ship them off to be verified. I found this experience to be ridiculous because I have done exchanges at many other Wells Fargos and had never heard of this before. He said it would take 3-4 weeks to process the bag so if 30 cents is added or removed from my account I will know what that is from.</p><p><br /></p><p>By and large though I don&#039;t have a problem buying or redeeming customer wrapped rolls and the two above situations are the exception and not the rule.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
